Athletes work 1-on-1 with Coach Michaeleddie or Coach Trinity. Each weekly class is custom-tailored to meet the needs of the individual athlete. Each of the four lessons are thirty minutes long (sixty minutes with Coach Trinity). Athletes are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to stretch and warmup on their own. Privates must be cancelled MORE THAN 30 DAYS prior to your next billing date. Privates can NOT be rescheduled. If you can not make your lesson you are able to sell it to another athlete - EJE can not do this for you. Please note the cost for a private with Coach Michaeleddie is $300 for non-members.
