FLEX
Flexibility is an essential part of cheerleading and athletic performance. These classes focus on improving flexibility, mobility, body positions, and overall range of motion through guided stretching and targeted exercises. Athletes will work to increase flexibility safely while developing stronger body awareness, better technique, and the foundation needed for success in stunting, jumps, tumbling, and overall performance.
ELITE FLEX
Elite Flex focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, and body positions through guided stretching and conditioning. This class helps athletes safely increase their range of motion while building the flexibility needed for stronger jumps, stunts, tumbling, and overall performance.
FLYER FUNDEMENTALS
Flyer Fundamentals focuses on the essential skills every flyer needs to succeed. Athletes will work on balance, body control, core strength, technique, and confidence through flyer-specific drills and conditioning. This class is designed to help new and developing flyers build a strong foundation and improve overall flyer performance.
JUMP ACADEMY
Jump Academy focuses on developing stronger, higher, and cleaner jumps through technique training, flexibility, conditioning, and jump-specific drills. This class is perfect for athletes looking to improve their toe touches, jump height, and overall performance.
FIT
Strength & Conditioning is the foundation of athletic performance in cheerleading. This class focuses on building strength, endurance, power, and overall fitness through targeted exercises and conditioning drills. Athletes will improve their stamina, body control, and muscle development while enhancing their ability to perform stunts, tumbling, jumps, and routines with greater confidence and efficiency.
POWER HOUR
Power Hour is a fast-paced conditioning class that combines cardio, strength training, agility, and core work to help athletes build endurance, power, and overall athletic performance. Using a variety of equipment and workout formats, each class offers a new challenge designed to keep athletes engaged, working hard, and getting stronger
FULL OUT FITNESS
Full Out Fitness focuses on building endurance, stamina, and overall conditioning through longer-duration workouts and athletic training. Using a variety of equipment and training methods, athletes will improve cardiovascular fitness, increase work capacity, and develop the strength and stamina needed to perform at their best.
CARDIO & CORE
Cardio & Core focuses on building endurance, strength, and conditioning through a combination of cardio equipment, athletic training, and core-focused exercises. Athletes will use treadmills, rowers, weights, and other conditioning tools to improve stamina, increase strength, and enhance overall performance both in and out of the gym
