KEY POLICIES:

  • If we ever have to cancel more than two classes in your 30-day subscription (and you only have six classes for the term for two-day a week classes or two classes for the term for a one-day a week class), we will extend your subscription one class. We price our class packages competitively so that you receive a great deal even if you can only attend a few classes per month.
  • If you would like to cancel your subscription, please login to your account and cancel before the end of term. There will be no refunds for subscriptions that are cancelled after your renewal date. Private lessons will always be rescheduled if the gym is closed. 
  • If you are unable to login to your account to cancel you must fill out the contact form on this page. You can NOT cancel over the phone or in person. 
  • If your child is on vacation or unable to participate for any reason we are not able to "pause" or extend your account. You can choose to cancel your membership and sign up again (based on availability). You can also choose to keep your account active so that you can hold your child's spot.
