The backbone of cheerleading and tumbling!
Flexibility is the backbone of effective stunts, tumbling, dance routines and cheers. Without flexible limbs, a cheerleader’s range would be limited and they would not be able to advance beyond the basics. This class focuses on all elements of flexibility - including leg, arm, and back flexibility. Flexibility is not just for flyers - it is for everyone - come join is!

CONDITIONING
Ages 5+
Stronger every day!
Conditioning is a fundamental part of cheerleading. Strength, endurance, and body control play a major role in an athlete’s ability to safely perform skills, maintain technique, and execute routines with power and confidence. This class focuses on building core strength, upper-body support and overall athletic endurance to help athletes become stronger, more stable, and more prepared for all aspects of cheerleading.
